At Mare & Co, we want your home to feel warm, cozy, and beautifully organized. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Include proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at marie@mareuco.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for the return

We will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Clearance/final‑sale items
• Used items not due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
